STEP 4 - First Analysis

Now it's time for us to work.

Using all of the information we have now received we will provide a brief report on where we believe you can make your first steps towards your goals.

It will also include where we see your strengths and weaknesses, both within your business, yourself and your team.

 

We have now committed quite a bit of time into each other and hopefullyif we have done our job properly you are ready to commit to this relationship financially.  This report is $100 and will provide an ROI analysis on this first strategy.

This fee covers our software cost for 1 month plus some of our time.

This step is the first time you will see the quality of what we deliver to you, and this report will provide you with something that will be of benefit to your business.  It is not likely to be a radical change but it will certainly be a positive step in the right direction.

 

We have now shown you what we can deliver and hopefully we have developed a level of trust that will allow you to really share the internals of the business.

 

The next step is all about creating a plan.  To create a proper business plan we will need more information, a lot more.  Yes you guessed it, more homework.
