This will be our second meeting, assuming you were happy with the first.

We need to get to know you.  We need to know your strengths and weaknesses, we also need to know how well you know yourself.

At the end of the first catch up we will give you some homework.  A simple set of questions that give us an idea of your background, your experience, why you started this journey and where you originally wanted to go with it. It can be done on paper or online.

Have your goals changed?  Has the business changed with your personal goals?

A small business is defined by it's owner, if we don't understand you, we can never understand your business.

We will provide some feedback during this meeting and hopefully we will then move on to Step 3 and get to know more about the business and your team.
